Packs flat, sips charcoal, and cooks like a real grill - not a toy.
Used on my Oahu trip and it punched above its weight. The steel walls hold heat, so you do not have to dump a chimney to get dinner done. It folds down into a tidy slab that rides in the truck without rattling, then pops together fast at camp. It is not ultralight - it is real steel with a powder coat - but the tradeoff is sturdy, even heat and a grate that feels trustworthy.
Best for Car and overland camping, beach cookouts, simple steak and veg dinners with minimal fuel.
Not for Long hikes or gram counting. Bring a pocket stove if you are backpacking.
If you want a compact grill that actually grills - with real sear and low charcoal use - this is an easy win.
